Please, read before ordening your commission.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

General
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Delivery time varies depending on external factors and the complexity of the order (estimated time is 1 week to 1 month).
Prices may increase depending on your order complexity.
Payment
The currency accepted is USD and MXN, Paypal only.
Do not send payment before I approve the commission.
I do not accept refunds after the sketch is approved and the artwork started.
If I cannot start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved and the commission started.
Any other upfront pay percentage can be negotiated only for commissions over $100 (Total).
All transactions are made through Paypal, if you order from my artistree.io request form you'll have to pay 100% upfront.
If you order from Artistree, an additional transaction & processing fee will be shouldered by the customer. The website will be the one to calculate the additional fees based from where you are.
The base price for commercial use is double the amount of the original price.

Commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise (Commercial use can be discussed)
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork online with the given credit, but I will respect your request if you don't want it to be posted.
You may post the artwork on any social media, credit is not forced but greatly appreciated.
You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
You may not claim the artwork as your own.
You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.
You may not use the commissioned artwork for NFT/AI purposes.
Order Process
When we get in contact and I accept the commission, I will send you a form to fill out, after filling out the form you can send the payment and once it's confirmed I'll start the order.
We start with mockups and drafts, deciding the main idea of the artwork, after that, we move to the sketch phase
You get 3 free big revisions (Poses, angles, perspective, anything that has to be redraw from zero, etc) during the sketch phase, any extra revisions will cost 15% of the total price. This doesn't apply to color revisions or minor corrections.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
The final art will be sent by email or Artistree.
